CMAP helps local, community social justice groups apply for non-commercial radio stations. In February, 2010, the FCC will open a week-long window for community groups to submit applications for new non-commercial stations. CMAP will work with groups in Dallas, the Dalles and Madras to explore their options for applying for non-commerical stations.
